He has a real passion for sales & business development and decided to become his own boss believing he could help many more businesses rather than being tied to one.

Lester set up his own company & established 360 Consultancy in October 2020 during the Covid pandemic. It was terrible time for everyone but the consultancy got off to a good start & has grown from strength to strength.

360 Consultancy’s journey started with just one client, two days per week, Lester’s dining table, a box of business cards, phone and laptop!

Fast forward three years and the business has progressed in terms of number of customers, turnover and team members whilst helping business achieve their sales targets and growth & delighting those customers.
